On my non intercooled flatty ovcp i used a thermal dispersant coating to try and get rid of heat faster.
It s essentially a high solid paint product that s concentrated with ceramic powder and provides a durable finish that reduces heat transfer when cured.

I would not coat any intercooler pipes.
A ceramic coating will simply keep the outer layer of the piping cooler and this gives you no advantage performace wise.

If this were a header then you would want this but we are talking intake pipes where cooler is better.

There is a reason they tell you not to paint a radiator aluminum as it reduces it s efficiency.
Copper is a much better conductor of heat than aluminum but aluminum is lighter and you can put more tubes in the same amount of space thus.
Pipes are cool the argument is that powdercoating the intercooler it self hinders its cooling effect powdercoating is think and will take away from some surface cooling area and act as a barrier where heat transfer is reduced.
